Kings Dominion takes care of its associates — you'll receive free, unlimited park access, discounts on food and merchandise, affordable on-site housing, and organised trips to iconic destinations like Washington DC, Virginia Beach, Niagara Falls, and New York City. The park even runs a free bus to shopping centres, cinemas, and downtown Richmond!

Full lifeguard training is provided at no cost through the Ellis & Associates International Training Program, covering CPR, First Aid, Swim Rescue, and Spinal Injury Management. No prior experience needed — just a love of the water and a can-do attitude.

Housing deposits will be refunded if the room is returned in clean and damaged free and the associate worked the agreed upon dates listed on their Hiring Agreement. Participants that end their program early forfeit their security deposit.
