Grand Marais Michigan is a very small beach town located on Lake superior the world’s largest freshwater lake in the upper Peninsula of Michigan Grand Marais activities, Include beach going swimming kayaking, boating, fishing, lots of hiking and lots and lots of nature. The small town of Grand Marais does not have many city conveniences. There are a few restaurants, gift shops, a gas station., a hardware grocery shopping can be tough, but that’s why most of our tourists come here is for the quiet remote atmosphere.
