Pancake Chef Restaurant

We are a family restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and, dinner, located in a Northern Michigan resort (summer) town. The city is located at the furthest northern point of the southern half of Michigan, right at the base of the beautiful Mackinac Bridge. Being located where we are, surrounded by water, there are plenty of sandy beaches to relax on. This area was settled pre-revolution war, so it is rich in early American history, with many parks to visit from, outdoor activity parks to museum type forts. The Pancake Chef is well known for taking great care of its staff with transportation arrangements, half off menu price for staff, during work or even half days. If an employee comes in on their day off with a guest the entire check is half off. We are also well know for paying our employees some of the highest wages in town. We value our staff very highly, since without them we would not be able to be open our full complement of hours.
