Anchor Aquatics is a locally owned and operated swimming pool management company serving Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and surrounding areas of central Maryland. We have been providing swimming pool management and maintenance, and pool construction services to commercial and residential clients for more than 55 years. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service to our clients while maintaining a friendly working atmosphere for our employees. The Lifeguard/Pool Operator has two primary responsibilities: shared accountability for overall aquatic operations and active participation in the Anchor Aquatics team leadership concept. The Lifeguard/Pool Operator position includes responsibilities for daily operations and maintenance of the aquatic facility to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and fully operational.
